PHOTOGRAPHER
Rob Lowe as been doing photographic work since about 1984, he comes from Oldbuery in the West Mids, his background is in art and was a professional artist for a number of years doing work for the NEC group, wolverhampton FC and John Major (when he was Prime Minister), he exhibited at many shows including The Royal Show, NEC, Lord Mayor Show etc
